Summary

Poems about Wonderland, written by me.

Notes

A poem a wrote a while back about Wonderland. It was going to be the intro to a book, but then I never wrote the book!

It's supposed to be a letter, from the White Rabbit, calling a grown-up Alice back to Wonderland.

Edit: as of June 3, 2026, this is my second-ever fic to have a Podfic made of it 🤩🤩🤩

Chapter 1: To Dearest Alice

Hatter mad, cat with grin

Smoking insect, agreeing twin

Queen of hearts, lady red

One runs in place, one lost her head

Down the rabbit hole we go

Who are you? Do you even know?

Talking flower, shrinking cake

All arrive here by mistake

Hare of march, dormouse dreams

A land of wonder, with oozing seams

Come dear Alice, heed our call

Come dear girl, save us all

The vorpal sword went snicker-snack

Yet the Jabberwock is back

Callay caloo, caloo callay

Find Time, before the Solstice Day

Heed our quest, to land of snow

Down the rabbit hole you go

Round and round we go. The words....they tickle the fancy! Huzzah!

These are wonder-licious!

Ever notice wonderland, Oz, and Peter Pan are basically the same thing?

Ikr?! Girl gets lost in upsidedown land, becomes more-or-less its queen — all three of them.

Glad you're enjoying 😊
