4 sparksChapter 6: Quetzal, The Green Robin
Theo's hero identity
His suit and mask are a combination of the two pictures. A Quetzal is a type of bird, some of which have green feathers.
Quetzal, The Green Robin, is the support of the new Robins.
He mainly fights using a bostaff, but has a variety of non-lethal poisons as well.
He prefers not to directly fight, instead rescuing civilians, healing wounds, doing recon, and talking people down. He has an uncanny knack for knowing what a person is feeling, empathizing with them even when they're a villain, and using that to stop volatile situations.
