1) He gets intense anxiety attacks if not wearing a hat. He still has his baby feathers and was teased for it a lot. This mixed with other issues and his mental health problems to give him intense anxiety/fear if people can see his head. Even Paddywhack wouldn't take away his hat because he was no fun when frozen with anxiety (and so he could threaten to do it).
2) He is gay. I'm a Quackervolt shipper, but as well lines like 'You're ruining my little drama!' and when he was commenting on Paddywhack's outfit, these things seem like gay-coding.
3) He hates Jack-in-the-boxes. They used to be one of his favorite toys, but then the Paddywhack incident happened, leaving him with a fear/hatred of them. He aswell doesn't like red lights or black-and-white outfits (all for the same reason).
4) He is the cousin of Lilliput Gooney. The ant-controlling duck guy from that one episode. They look similar. Honestly, this is more my sister's headcanon, but I love it.
5) He adores Holidays, to various reactions from his friends. Christmas (his friends like this one), April Fools' (hate this), and Halloween (neutral, varying) especially.
6) He has a PHD in Psychology. Or maybe a different sort of degree, but he has a weird level of psychology knowledge.
7) He still sells toys. St Canard has a hidden mutant population, and QJ sells his toys to mutant children. When you're made of fire, you don't care if your toy breaths it. Though, the monster community would be another option.
8) He is a strong advocate for Mutant Rights. Mostly because of his friendship with the rest of the F4, and aswell because they're basically his only remaining customers.
9) He is around 30 years old. He still seems rather young, but had enough time to build and lose a relatively successful company (plus get a PHD).
10) His favorite color is purple. Honestly just read this in a fanfic once and liked it. If I had picked a color for him myself, I would have probably picked red.
11) He was adopted by an abusive couple. He was abandoned as an egg and taken in by a rich, childless couple. They were physically/mentally/emotionally abusive and highly controlling, leading to both his mental issues and a phobia of being controlled/suppressing his true self.
12) He's a health nut. He repeatedly disparages videogames for being unhealthy for your mind and once complained that pizza is bad for your body. He is highly acrobatic and fit, leading more credence to him being healthy — at least in diet.
13) His feet are unusually thin. This is mainly because his shoes don't really look like they'd fit comfortably on normal-sized duck feet.
14) He still has baby feathers. He has a fictional condition called Ourobus Plumaria Syndrome that causes his soft, fluffy baby feathers to continuously regrow instead of being replaced by more adult feathers, either just on his head or his whole body. This affects his ability to swim, but he still can do so.
15) He is unusually tall for a duck. Megavolt is about twice as tall as an average duck when standing straight, and Quackerjack is only a little shorter than him. Unlike with my theories about Bushroot being part Monster, I just think QJ happens to be tall.

Very cool concepts! I see some ones in there I hadn't heard before. The PHD one is a good idea!
I mean, he does pull a lot of psychology-based schemes. I think it kinda adds depth to his character, having something with absolutely no relation to toys whatsoever, without detracting too much from his main theme.
