My concept of Music Meister is a weak, even-a-new-Robin-could-take-him, ineffectual sort of villain, but it's on purpose as his real goal is to have fun and interact with many mortals instead of obsessing over just one.
That being said, he's still a 5D Imp, and that comes with a certain amount of chaos and trolling.
Mscmystr, trying out a new supervillain suit: Okay, how do I look? Be honest.
Batmite: There's no critic more honest than Mxy!
Mxyzptlk: Bad.
Chapter 10: Stress Headaches Are Real
Mxyzptlk, rubbing the bridge of his nose: This is getting embarrassing.
Batmite: Getting? We're already there!
Mscmystr: Actually, we passed there a long time ago.

Batman: Do you make any other kind?

Mxyzptlk: Good! As long as we aren't just going to dissolve into obsessive fanboy arguing again, I'm open to hearing it.
