I know NOTHING about Bookwyrm. Instead of searching it, I made my own headcanon version of him.

Xavier Book is a lower-level meta, capable of creating tiny spectral dragons who can't fight well but are good at sorting books. He doesn't like fighting, really likes books, and has more partial victories against Batman than even the A Listers.
